La La Anthony is set to star in a new holiday film for Netflix!
The film titled "Holiday Rush" tells a story of a New York DJ who is also a single dad of four children! Not to mention his kids are spoiled rotten. The conflict occurs when this NY DJ by the name of "Rush" get fired from his job right before his children hand over their lengthy Christmas wishlists. In order to be a great dad and save Christmas for his kids, Rush decided to buy another station with the help of his family. The purpose in this film is for this materialistic family to learn the true meaning of Christmas. This is a story of living a simple happy life!
There is no word yet on what role Lala will play but knowing her history with acting in hugely popular films and tv shows it can be said that this may be the film to see this holiday season!
Some of the rest of the cast includes Romany Malco (Think Like a Man), Tamala Jones (What Men Want), Darlene Love (Lethal Weapon), and Deon Cole (Black-ish).
