Travis Scott is currently riding a high after his new album "Astroworld" debuted at number one doing what nobody thought was possible and dethroning Drake's "Scorpion". Selling 537,000 album units 270,000 of those being of pure sales alone has cemented the Houston rapper as a mainstay in the rap game. One of the promises
Trav made a promise before dropping his new album was that he wanted to bring back "ASTROWORLD" to Houston. The theme park which was a popular attraction in the city was shut down some time ago. Last week he announced the first inaugural Astroworld Festival which will be going down in mid-November and tickets are already available.
Continuing to give back to fans Trav took to Twitter Tuesday night (August 14th) on a mission to give back to fans saying:
"SO I KNOW ITS HARD FOR THE KIDS SO I DECIDED TO UNLOAD MY BANK ACCOUNT ON U GUYS. IM BUSTING DOWN $100,000 AND GIVING AWAY TO ANY FANS THAT CAN TWEET ME THERE CASH TAG WITH LYRICS FROM ASTRO. GANG !!"
Through using Cashapp, Trav was planning on dishing out 100K to his fans. While some of his fans were blessed with almost $1000 from the Houston rappers others got various amounts ranging from $5 to even a couple $100.
Shoutout to Trav for always showing his fans love.
