Burger King Employee Demands More Hours From Manager At Gunpoint

Charlamagne awards 33-year-old former Burger King employee Stephen Ramirez for holding his manager and restaurant up at gunpoint demanding more hours. Police found him carrying a semi-automatic gun, ammo, and a machete in his car. 

The real reason why he's getting Donkey Of The Day is that he thought this would work. So you point a gun at your manager and then you get to keep your job? That's not how it works. You can't always "have it your way."
