Whether you're a gamer, a parent, or just looking for something to do in the dull heat of summer, this event is a must!
· The event will have almost 100 vendors selling or displaying vintage video games and systems as well as vintage toys from the 80s and 90s. In addition, exhibitors will offer retro & modern games, toys, comics, and collectibles.
· An artist room will offer a variety of artists selling custom commissioned pieces, handcrafted items, comics, and more.
· Cosplay! Parents and their children are encouraged to dress as their favorite super hero, villain or video game character. This is a family friend event. Famous Cosplayers like Caram3llo will be in attendance.
· Win Prizes. Attendees will have a chance to win one of two full sized retro arcade games- Zaxxon and Double Dragon. Prizes will also be given for various cosplay categories in a contest.
· Coleco will have new product announcements including their new Rainbow Brite and Robotech games.
· Free play arcade room. Play dozens of vintage stand up arcades. No quarters needed.
· Special Guest appearance by celebrities like Sophie Reynolds from Disney’s Gamer's Guide to Pretty Much Everything - Bring the kids and grab an autograph from a young star.
· Guest DJ Wutever from Power 105 will also be on site
· Hear from a variety of panelists from the Gaming and Comic industry sharing their professional experience including:
o Tyler Bushnell- developer of Polycade, son of Atari founder
o Joe Delbeato- legendary comic artist (Marvel, GIJOE, Coleco)
o Tim Clarke- cocreater of Sectaurs, designer of Muppets and Boglins
· If your daughter is a girl scout, she can pre-register here and receive a Girl Scout Fun Patch for attending.
