RestorationART at Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation launches its 2018 - 2019 season with Def Poetry Jam Reunion, curated by Danny Simmons on Saturday, September 15, 2018 for two shows only at 3PM and 7PM at The Billie Holiday Theatre, 1368 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, NY.
The two shows features a dynamic, diverse and renowned group of poets and spoken word artists, including poetic legends whose work shaped the Black Arts Movement, Sonia Sanchez, as well as Liza Jessie Peterson, Steve Colman, Ursula Rucker, Bonafide Rojas, Derick Cross with Host, Craig SirmuMsila Grant aka “muMs da Schemer”.
