It looks like Nipsey Hussle's immediate family members have finally received legal guardianship over Nipsey's 10-year-old daughter, Emani.
According to TMZ, Emani's birth mom, Tanisha Foster, had been battling for custody for her daughter with Nipsey's siblings Samantha Smith and Sam Asghedom. Nipsey's family had previously called Foster 'unfit' to be a legal guardian. The daughter is expected to inherit half of Nipsey's estate, which would be $1 million.
Yesterday, a judge signed off on Nipsey's family members becoming legal guardians of Emani, which encompasses his siblings and mother, Angelique Smith.
On the other end, Lauren London has also received a judge's approval to manage her and Nipsey's 3-year-old son Kross' finances. Kross will inherit the other half of his dad's estate, which is another $1 million.
London and the rest of Nipsey's family had have no disputes when it came to guardianship of Kross.
