Chance the Rapper Crushes It As An SNL Host

Chance the Rapper, or as Leslie Jones and Eminem call him "Chancer the Dancer", hosted SNL this past Saturday, November 18. The musical guest of the evening was Eminem with vocalist Skylar Grey performing alongside him.

Chance the Rapper returned to Saturday Night Live this weekend for the third time. Thanks to a few promo clips with the SNL cast, the anticipation for this episode easily built itself up. Chance opened up with a monologue centered around a Thanksgiving theme, breaking out into a new jingle dedicated to all the awkward members of our families we spend time with over the holidays. Needless to say, it definitely set the tone for the rest of the episode.

The Coloring Book rapper would go on to star in a few comedic sketches, nailing roles that include a fill-in sports announcer for the New York Rangers, a member of a Boyz II Men-styled band performing a ballad dedicated to Barack Obama, and Steve Harvey's son in "Family Feud."

A highly-anticipated performance Eminem would close out the night, performing his newest single "Walk on Water", and two of his old hits "Stan" and "Love the Way You Lie". The vocals for all these songs were done by Skylar Greyone of the artists responsible for co-writing on LTWYL and co-producing for "Walk on Water."

According to producer Bongo By The Way, Chance The Rapper will also be dropping a Christmas album this year with Jeremih.
