"Girls Trip" Makes $100 Million at the Box Office

"Girls Trip" makes history by surpassing $100 Million at the box office. This is the first film that was starred, written, produced and directed by African-Americans to accomplish this feat.

The summer comedy has an all-star cast featuring Jada Pinkett-Smith, Queen Latifah, Regina Hall and Tiffany Haddish. All four women gave an amazing performance on screen and left movie-goers with an experience to remember.

The film was written by Kenya Barris and Tracy Oliver and was produced by Will Packer and Malcolm D. Lee, with Lee also directing the project.
