Some citizens who were headed out for a day of boating offered their vessel to the Volusia County Sheriff’s deputies who were in pursuit of a suspected jet ski thief.
It didn’t take them long to find the missing watercraft and the suspect needed some help turning himself in because he told the deputies he couldn’t swim.
