Solange Shows Off Her Twerking Skills In Laid-Back 'Binz' Music Video

Solange is having the time of her life in her new music video.

Monday (March 11) saw the unveiling of her webcam-inspired project for "Binz," the latest single from her long-awaited sophomore album, When I Get Home, to receive the visual treatment.

The mini film, abbreviated to no more than a minute-and-a-half unlike the length of its original, opens with the neo-soul artist adjusting the lens of her camera in different rooms of her home as she models a number of fashionable outfits — from a party-ready sequined gowns to a barely naked bikini piece to a casual crop top-and-jean combo.

Once she decides on the right angle, Solange then breaks into a playful dance and finds herself twerking and swaying to the chill rhythms of her own production, losing herself in ambiance. The end result is just another pristine case for the artist's deft and cosmic power to blend visual, audio and interpretative forms of art to create a spiritual experience.

"Binz" is the second song from When I Get Home after "Almeda" to be transformed for video. The latter track, an ode to a southwestern region of Solange's native Houston and features rhymes from Georgia-based rapper Playboi Carti, had its visual debut on March 7.
