The folks in New Jersey are getting a 4.5 MILLION square feet mall which could double up as a mini-getaway for the kids.
In March Canadian mall developer Triple Five are all set to open their 4.5 million square feet American Dream Rutherford, set to become the second largest mall in the country.
Aside from retail stores, The American Dream mall in East Rutherford, New Jersey, which is finally set to open after 16 years of delays will serve up:
- The western hemisphere’s largest indoor ski slope
- 253-foot-wide observation wheel
- Dreamworks Water Park
- NHL size skating rink
- Eight-acre “Nickelodeon Universe” park
- A full blown spa
- Luxury dine-in theaters
The mall will sit right next to MetLife Stadium and is expecting 30 to 40 million visitors a year.
