Last week New York rapper 6ix9ine rolled through to The Breakfast Club giving one of the more memorable interviews where he addressed his beef with The Game, Told Charlamagne Tha God that he wouldn't know who he was if it weren't for The Breakfast Club, and concluded the entire interview with a prayer from none other than Pastor Brian Houston. That interview is now on track to become one of The Breakfast Clubs most viewed interviews ever racking up over 6 million views even passing the now infamous Mo'Nique interview.
With 6ix9ine's interview being the talk of the internet this morning comedian Gary Owen decided to pull up to his interview dressed like the rapper. Fully decked out in 6ix9ine's rainbow hair and "69" tattoo's Owen's did not break character the whole time as he talked about everything from Netflix turning him down for a special, his BET show being canceled after only one season, and being funnier than Michael Blackson!
Throughout the entire interview, Owen manages to stay in character answering questions just as if he was 6ix9ine copying everything from his mannerisms to consistently saying "I let my n****" hang to Charlamagne.
Well, it looks as if 6ix9ine took notice of the comedian dressing up as him and trolling The Breakfast Club as we caught him comment creeping on a video of Owen. In a video posted to Owen's Instagram Owen's he said: "Tomorrow morning catch me on @breakfastclubam checking @cthagod and letting everyone know I’m the king of the city #DoinWhatIDo#RealHipHop #LetMyNutsHang #GetSome".
Tekashi seemed to have a positive attitude about Owen's dressing up as him commenting "LMAO I'm a big fan of you this is crazy". Although Owen's hasn't responded its good to see that the "Gummo" rapper is taking Owen's dressing up as him lightly.
Owen also showed off his on-point tattoos on his IG talking about how he and 6ix9ine got the same tattoo artist! "Me & @6ix9ine_ must have the same tattoo artist. What are the chances? I honestly had no clue someone else had 69 on their forehead & jigsaw on their cheek. #DoinWhatIDo#WhatACoincedence #GetSome"
