Rapper Lola Brooke joined the studio with Angie Martinez after dropping new music (including her remix of Flo Milli's "Conceited"), signing to a label and finalizing her tour-appearances with A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie! Both Brooklynites shared love for their home while embracing the new lifestyle they live; Brooke tells Angie about moments when people recognized her in the street, how comparisons to Pop Smoke make her feel and what conversations with her mother are now like.
Not only did the “Don’t Play With It” artist reveal the responses to some of the most asked questions about herself (including her height and real name), but she also shed light on friendship, family and dating dynamics.
