Fivio Foreign has been arrested and charged following an alleged foot chase with police in New Jersey. Fivio is charged with having a defaced firearm, weapons possession, and resisting arrest.
According to the Daily Voice, the incident went down last night (Wednesday, April 21st) around 7:30pm EST. Apparently, the rapper had left his car running in a no parking zone and when police approached asking for his ID he disregarded the officer, walking away, which lead to the on food pursuit. At one point the officer chased him down to a parking garage where they struggled and a .25-caliber gun dropped out of the rapper's waistband, which officers found had no serial number.
The rapper is reportedly set to appear in court today.
