We have an update on Fred The Godson's condition, according to a statement given to The Source the rapper is still in intensive care but he has lost his 105 degree fever which for him was a big part of the battle.
"According to his publicist, Fred’s heart and vitals have been showing positive signs in addition to the reduced fever. As a result of the disease, Fred’s kidney function has not been working." - The Source
