6ix9ine Sentenced To 24 Months In Prison + 5 Years Probation

Despite having cooperating with federal authorities, Tekashi 6ix9ine must serve another eleven months in prison and then be subjected to five years probation. The decision was made by Judge Engelmayer in court today during a hearing which 6ix9ine expected to result in him being freed.

Judge Engelmayer:

Mr. Hernandez, if you expected to be released today, you will be disappointed. But you were wise to cooperate. Your cooperation will result in years more liberty. Mr. Hernandez, please rise. It is the judgment of the court you are to serve a term of 24 months in prison, with five years of supervised release.
