Kodak Black was arrested back in early May before his Rolling Loud Miami Set and has been awaiting sentencing since then but as of this morning a Miami federal judge sentenced the Florida rapper to 46 months in prison on weapons charges. While that adds up to almost 4 years behind bars this is still the best case scenario for the rapper as the maximum he could have been given was 10 years.
Back in August the "ZEZE" rapper plead guilty to lying on a background check form when buying gun multiple times, it was also reported by prosecutors that the rapper got into altercations while awaiting sentencing apparently beating up a prison guard.
