Cop Who Choked Eric Garner To Death FIRED

The NYPD Commissioner has fired police officer Daniel Pantaleo over his role in Eric Garner's death.

Five years after Mr. Garner’s dying plea “I can’t breathe” became the rallying cry against police brutality across the nation, his family is seeing justice being served against the man who destroyed their family.

The family received $5.9 million from the city to settle a wrongful death claim in 2015.
