If you didn't bring an umbrella with you or a raincoat yesterday you were more than likely soaked by last nights rain showers in NYC. The storm which took over most of Monday evening turned much of the city into a lake with train stations flooding citywide.
Not only were trains affected by this but residential areas specifically in Brooklyn took a hit as Carroll street was completely blocked off due to the amount of flooding that occurred.
