Lil Durk turned himself in to Atlanta police on Thursday night to face attempted murder charges for his alleged involvement in a shooting outside days after the Super Bowl his attorney confirms.
The shooting took place outside the Varsity restaurant early on the morning of February 5 when an altercation led to a man being shot in the leg. Shell casings and a rifle were discovered in the parking lot of the restaurant, but it's not clear what role Durk played in the incident.
Durk was booked on:
1) Criminal Attempt to Commit Murder
2) Agg. Assault
3) Unlawful For Employed by/ Associated with Criminal Street Gang to Conduct/Participate in Crime.
4) Poss. of Firearm During Commission of a Felony
5) Poss. of Firearm by Convicted Felon
