While the Brooklyn Nets paying Homage to the late Biggie Smalls was well received by Hip Hop and Basketball fans alike, it looks as if Coogi the brand Biggie was most known for wearing didn't like the fact that the Nike jerseys warn may have stolen some of their signature sweater patterns.
The brand is now planning on suing not only the Nets but New Era & Nike as well. According to the company the Nets didn't receive the proper permission to have the patterns on the Jerseys saying: "While other colorful and ornamental sweaters have and continue to exist, the highly distinctive and ornamental designs of COOGI sweaters and apparel have become exceedingly famous,"
