NIKE Campaign & Kaepernick

On Monday, NIKE revealed the brand's 30th anniversary campaign for "Just Do It". The campaign featured many athletes including NFL player Colin Kaepernick. (pictured above). It was also revealed that Kaepernick has been under contract with the NIKE brand since 2011 and things did not change after his field protest. This campaign has again revealed how uncomfortable America is with truth and reality. After football star announcement via Twitter, the NIKE share dropped and #NikeBoycott started to trend on Twitter. No matter which athlete NIKE would have chosen, someone would have been up. This just goes to show that you can not please everyone.
