Tupac Inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame

Today marks the one-year anniversary of Tupac Shakur being inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Which makes him the 6th Hip-Hop artist to enter the hall! He followed acts such as Grandmaster Flash, Run D.M.C., Beastie Boys, Public Enemy, and N.W.A. The rapper made such a huge compact in his short time with us. Tupac was one of the most influential rappers of his time, jump starting his career with his debut album 2Pacalypse Now, bringing light to inner-city issues. Before he passed away, he released 4 more albums: Strictly 4 My N.*I.G.G.A.Z…, Me Against the World, All Eyez on Me, and The Don Killuminati: The 7 Day Theory. Sadly Tupac’s life was cut short, in a Las Vegas shooting on September 7, 1996.
