The NBA now has a similar situation as Donald Sterling's racist remarks on its hands.

Outspoken Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban (pictured above) said that he would cross the street if he saw a African-Americans wearing a hoodie. He also said he would cross the street if he seen a white male with a bunch of tattoos and a bald head.

According to analyst Bomani Jones, the statement about white males was just a cop out for the previous statement about African-Americans. The two then had a back and forth on Twitter with Cuban trying to get Jones to see his point of view on his statement that he claims is not racist.

For those of you who don't know, Bomani Jones is the columnist for ESPN who reported on Donald Sterling's racist habits years before the recording was released.

Check out Cuban's interview below and judge for yourself whether or not his statements where racist.
