Charlamagne awards a Cobb County police officer Donkey of the Day for an exchange he had with a woman during a routine traffic stop in July 2016. Cobb police are investigating a police dash-cam recording that shows Lt. Greg Abbott explaining to a woman, 'We only shoot black people'. The girl, who was too scared to move her hands told the officer, “I’ve just seen way too many videos of cops ... ” to which Abbott replied, “But you’re not black. Remember, we only shoot black people.”
