Metro Boomin made his recent "BBL Drizzy" beat giveaway a lot more interesting.

As the submissions continue to pour in from all over the world, the "Like That" producer decided to up the ante as he searches for the best spin of his viral diss beat. He took to X, formerly known as Twitter, took to Twitter on Monday, May 6, and announced an update to his contest. The official winner will receive a free beat plus $10,000.

"Update to the contest!" he wrote in his post. "winner gets $10k and a beat. runner up gets a beat as well #bbldrizzybeatgiveaway"

The beat instantly spread throughout social media as thousands of fans repurposed the track and created their own songs. Amid the hype about the contest, some fans also began to see old tweets from Young Metro's Twitter days popping up on their timelines. Most of the posts in question are over a decade old, but they all contain phrases some fans find disturbing.

"Walking through the grocery store with both hands in my khakis like a true pedophile tho. #NoPedo," he wrote in one post from 2011.

"I'm tryna tell #oomf that 'age aint nothin but a number' lol," he said in another.

The old tweets have caused plenty of uproar from critics and even got the hashtag "#MetroGroomin" trending on X. People slammed the producer for not only making the questionable posts but also for facing the same allegations as his foe Drake. Kendrick Lamar also claimed Drizzy liked underaged girls in his recent diss tracks, which caused him to deny the accusations in "The Heart Part 6."
