Ellie Garcia, who lost her life in the elementary school mass shooting in Uvalde, Texas, loved the movie “Encanto.”
A costume team at Disney sent a custom-made dress of Ellie’s favorite character, Isabella. Ellie’s 10th birthday would have been this Saturday. Disney also sent the Garcias a swatch of the fabric and flowers used to create Ellie’s dress.
The actress Adassa, who voiced Dolores in the movie, sent the family a video message.
