The battle of the city is going down tomorrow Tuesday, August 3rd at 9:30PM ESt live from Madison Square Garden. The Lox are taking on Dipset and leading up to the battle things have been tense online with a ton of trolling from both sides of the battle. Before they take the stage The Lox joined us on The Angie Martinez show today to talk about the upcoming Verzuz, their plan going in and the announcement that there is officially going to be a joint tour with Dipset following the battle!
Leading into the battle despite all the online trolling the group wants everyone to know that it's all love between the guys expressing how important of a moment this is in the culture and for Hip-Hop. Saying it's all love between the two groups The Lox does want everyone to know that their taking home the win tomorrow night proclaiming "Lox in 5".
Before heading off to get ready for the battle the Lox shared with us a special announcement that they will actually all be going on tour with Dipset after the battle this coming fall. While the dates are still being finalized they did tell us that the tour will begin in September!
