Bankroll Freddie On "From Trap To Rap", Signing To QC, + More!

Bankroll Freddie is one of the latest stars to sign to QC, the "From Trap To Rap" stars come up has been unlike any others. Only less than a year ago he was still rapping in his crib. Until the City Girls "Act Up" Challenge came around, it was a simple video of him freestyling at home rapping over the beat that got him noticed by Quality Control Music's CEO.

"Well I posted the video on how we got up to that, when the act up dropped every woman on the world was on act up, they was on that, so me and my partner were riding and he was like you need to do a freestyle to do, I was at the crib chillen get a little money out and I just killed it, posted it on my IG, tag P and 30 minutes later he posted it on his Instagram story, the next morning P had it up on his wall and I looked in my DM and he said send me your number ASAP, I'm gonna fly you out to LA, and the rest was history"

Freddie's "Drip Like This" record with Lil Baby and Young Dolph had taken off even spawning the "Drip Like This Challenge' quickly blew up leading into the release of his new project. The album "From Trap To Rap" dropped earlier this year and speaking on the project Freddie calls it an instant classic:

"The album is my stories from the streets to the rap game and it's just a classic like you can ride it from front to back"
