Diddy Denies Shaming Lizzo For Twerking - Explains What Really Happened

Diddy is clarifying that he was not shaming Lizzo for twerking on his Instagram Live noting that it was purely because of the expletives lyrics in the music that was playing. Folks quickly began to point out that Draya Michele was allowed to twerk freely while Lizzo got shut down ASAP during his Dance-A-Thon on Sunday.

Diddy says that "you are allowed to twerk on Easter," also noting that Lizzo is "one of the best twerkers in the world" but the song that was playing was way to raunchy for a family oriented live and he doesn't want CPS knocking on his door.

Diddy:

"There’s one thing I want to make clear. My queen, my sister, Lizzo. When I stopped the music, it was ’cause it had a lot of curses in there. Not ’cause she was twerking. She’s one of the best twerkers in the world, okay? So, let’s keep that clear. You are allowed to twerk on Easter. There was a lot of cursing in the record and I don’t need child services knocking on my door right now. So, that’s why I stopped the record. Lizzo we love you, and everybody stop looking for the negative! Look for the positive."

So there you have it folks! Stop dragging it 🙄
