According to TMZ, G Herbo has reportedly pleaded guilty in his battery case involving his son’s mother, Ari Fletcher.

By Herbo pleading guilty, it will prevent him from serving any jail time. The rapper was arrested back in April following an assault that occured in Atlanta with his past bae Ari. The rapper was facing one count of misdemeanor battery for allegedly dragging her by the hair and leaving her with scratches. The artist entered his guilty plea today being sentenced to 12 months of probation and 150 hours of community service. In addition, he was also ordered to attend a 24-week family violence intervention program.

G Herbo’s lawyer, Tanya Miller, told TMZ that the rapper is

“eager [to] put this incident behind him and to move on with his life and his work—both in the studio and in the community. It is Herbert’s sincere desire to maintain harmony going forward while continuing to take care of his responsibilities to his family and to everyone else who depends on him.”
