The upcoming movie ‘Hustlers’ stars Constance Wu, Jennifer Lopez, Julia Stiles, Keke Palmer, Lizzo, Lili Reinhart, and Cardi B.
The trailer was previewed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
The movie will be in theaters on Sept 13 2019. It is a drama based on the New York Magazine article “The Hustlers at Scores” by Jessica Pressler.
“I chased Cardi for two years,” Scafaria, the director told Vulture in recent interview. Scafaria revealed it fell into place after sending Cardi a DM. “I got back a ‘We know, we’ll get back to you.” Scafaria said. “I didn’t know if I was talking to her or somebody else.”
Scafaria continued: "I have two phone numbers in my cell: Cardi 1 and Cardi 2. I'm not sure if either of them are actually Cardi."
