The Cast of Intruder Meagan Good, Michael Ealy and director Deon Taylor stopped by The Angie Martinez show to talk the film, as well as taking on Avengers: Endgame at the box office this weekend.

The film is set to hit the theaters this Friday taking on Avengers: Endgame in the super hero movie's second week, joking about the competition they said that “Avengers is long, our movie is half that length, you can get back home, go out to dinner”. When asked if it matters that the movie is out at the same time the whole cast agreed that it does matter but it's "because you want your film to do well the opening weekend, what I do know is our movie is great and it takes a lot less time to enjoy it”.

The entertainment world lost one of its legendary figures with the passing of director John Singleton this week. Most know for his work on the likes of "Boyz N The Hood", "Poetic Justice" + countless other movies/TV shows. Michael who had worked with him on "2 Fast 2 Furious" spoke highly of the director saying they had a lot of fun on the movie going on to talk about "Boyz N The Hood", "it was the get out of that time because it disrupted, it affected me in a powerful way”. Deon also had worked with him previously speaking on how Singleton opened doors for minorities in the entertainment industry, "Any time over the last 20 years as a black or latino film maker the odds are against you even more and the people he has open the doors for are the stars of today".

"The Intruder" starring Meagan Good, Michael Ealy, Dennis Quaid, and Joseph Sikora hit theaters this Friday May 3rd.
