This weeks episode of On The Radar features Harlem's very own Delly! The young rapper has already earned himself some major co-signs from the likes of A$AP Ferg, A$AP Twelvy, J.I.D + More and is currently gearing up to release his brand new single "Silk City".
The "Cross My Mind" rapper also recently opened up for Atlanta rapper K-Camp and starred in a photo shoot with Vogue Italia.
