British-Liberian artist says Kendrick Lamar's video for 'Black Panther' song 'All The Stars' stole her art work and used it in the amazing visual which already has over 10 million views on YouTube.
Lina Iris Vikto’s lawyer says she was contacted twice by the film’s creators for permission to feature her work, but she decided not to participate and they still used what appears to be her work or style thereof. So now they must pay 🏛⚖️💰
When the video came out last week, several fans noticed that a scene beginning at the 2:59 mark seemed to be directly influenced by the work of British-Liberian artist and made her aware.
Her lawyer says it's not about money, but about principle.
