Chris Brown Finally Explains Everything About The Night He Beat Rihanna

Chris Brown's Welcome To My Life movie premiered in June 2017 for a limited time. Finally, it's now on iTunes, and available on VOD, DVD and Blu-Ray.

Due to the fact that we can see the movie in multiple ways now, fans of Brown can dig into the singer's perspectives on his life. One moment of his film that stood out for its viewers was when Brown detailed every minute of the night he beat Rihanna, back in 2009.

All of this time, we only knew of Rihanna's perspective of this night that would change both of their lives forever. Now, Brown is telling his side of the story. He also said a lot of things that we never before heard. Brown admitted to the two of them dating longer than we initially thought and he also said that he wanted to marry her.

After he admitted to sleeping with someone that once worked with Rihanna, he said their relationship completely took a turn for the worse. "She hated me. After that, I tried everything. She didn’t care, she just didn’t trust me after that," he said. "From there, it just went downhill because it would be fights, it would be verbal fights, physical fights as well."

He continued: “I still love Rihanna, but I’m just going to be honest—we would fight each other, she would hit me, I would hit her, but it never was OK. It was always a point to where we talk about it like, ‘What the f**k are we doing?'”

The fight soon escalated even more after this. “From there she’s spitting blood in my face, it raised me even more. It’s a real fight in the car and we were driving in the street… She tried to grab for my phone, and I’m not giving her my phone, to throw it out the window.”

That's when he claims that Rihanna grabbed his car keys and “she throws them out of the window. I get out of the car and I’m looking for the keys and somebody yelled and she yells out her door, ‘Help, he’s trying to kill me.’”

Brown shouldn't have done what he did and fully understands this. We're glad that he was only telling his side of the story and not making any excuses for his actions. See the singer finally speak about this fight eight years later below.
