Two double-decker buses collided in Times Square on Tuesday, injuring at least seven people, according to New York City fire officials.
The crash took place just before 3:30 p.m. at the corner of 47th Street and Seventh Avenue.
Fire officials said they did not have details on the cause of the collision or the seriousness of the injuries.
A red Grey Line sightseeing bus had run up onto the sidewalk at Duffy Square, near where hundreds of tourists line up every day to buy discount tickets to Broadway shows. A blue City Sightseeing bus was also involved in the accident.
The crash sent a streetlight crashing to the ground as bystanders rushed to help the injured.
