Michael Skakel, the nephew of Robert F. Kennedy's widow, Ethel Kennedy will get a retrial and another chance to try and prove his innocence. Connecticut judge Thomas Bishop ordered a retrial because Skakel's defense was "in a myriad of ways ineffective" during the 2002 trial for Martha Moxley's death, according to the New York Daily News.

Skakel is currently in the eleventh year of a 20-year-sentence for the murder of his teenage neighbor. Prosecutors believe Skakel bludgeoned Moxley to death with a golf club after she rejected his romantic overtures.

Moxley's mother said that this recent ruling doesn't change her feeling that Skakel killed her daughter. 81-year-old Dorothy Moxley told CNN that she believes Skakel killed her daughter and if there is a new trial she will be there.
