New Yorkers like the job Governor Andrew Cuomo is doing.

A new Quinnipiac University poll shows 63 percent approve of his job performance, compared to 28 percent who don't.

The survey also shows Cuomo with a big lead over two possible Republican challengers.  Voters give the governor a 63 to 26 percent advantage over Donald Trump.  Cuomo leads Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino by a 58 to 24 percent margin.

"New Yorkers think their governor does a good job and that he deserves a second term, and they say he scores high on all the standard traits that pollsters measure," said Maurice Carroll, director of the Quinnipiac University Polling Institute.
