A Brooklyn toddler has died after falling from a sixth floor window yesterday morning.
Theodore Nemon was rushed to Kings County Hospital where he later died from his injuries.
Emergency crews responded to the apartment building on Crown Street near Albany Avenue around 11:30 a.m. yesterday. The child had fallen from the sixth story window onto a balcony three floors below.
A neighbor called 911, but it took police some time to find the boy.
"This was a tragic accident," the child's half brother Jacob told the Daily News.
Nemon's mother and a babysitter were reportedly home at the time of the fall. There are no bars or gates on the apartment window.
