Reports have now shown that Vivid, the company who was in charge of releasing the video, found the video to “surpass the popularity” of the Kardashian video.

The day the video dropped over 1200 website ripped the video without paying for it. Vivid is now fighting the piracy issue with these website which could lead to a major settlement for Mimi and her boy toy.

It’s also apparent that these two lied about the release of the video because they signed contracts to work with Vivid.
