Will Smith's film, After Earth did not debut number 1 in the box office and that's uncommon for Smith.

The film ranked No. 3 this weekend with a whopping number of $27M in ticket sales. Now You See Me was No. 2 with $28.1M and Fast & Furious 6 stayed in the No. 1 spot with $34.5M.

Fingers are still crossed that Will's After Earth will sell tickets overseas because they spent over $130M to create the film.

The success of a film is normally based on the profit made from producing the film and they didn't sell anything near the $130M spent to create the film. It's still early, let's watch and see if the ticket sales will increase.

Do you think the movie was good or whack?
